Registration
Registration is open until January 31st, 2010. Registration fees are $35CDN/person and can be paid via personal cheque or Mail Order made out to the "Brandon University Zoological Society".

- Banquet tickets (please specify if requiring a vegetarian option)

Oral Presentations
Presentations are scheduled for 12 minutes with 3 minutes of questions. Session chairs will keep to a strict schedule. After 10 minutes, the session chair will stand, then at 12 minutes they will move towards the speaker podium, and at 15 minutes the session chair will stop the presentation. Please save presentations to either a CD or a USB drive.
Abstracts must be sent by January 31st, 2010. They must be sent in MSWord form and emailed to info@pubs2010.ca . Please choose up to 3 subjects from the list below that pertain to your presentation:

Oral Presentation Instructions
Please submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word attachment to the above mentioned email. Please do not format your abstract (no small caps, bold type etc. - with exception to italics for Latin) as this will make the preparation of the abstract booklet easier. We are directly copying the abstract you will submit without error checking the document beforehand; therefore please proofread your abstract carefully before submission.
Abstracts are limited to 200 words or less, please adhere to this word length. Please do not embed any tables, figures or pictures in your abstract.

Abstract body (200 words)
Presentations must be loaded onto the computers present in the lecture rooms prior to your session. If presentation will be made with MS PowerPoint, please ensure compatibility with Microsoft Office 2007 and 2003. If you have any questions please title your email as "Presentation Setup Questions" to info@pubs2010.ca .
Sessions will be posted once registration has closed.
Poster Presentations
Please submit the title and abstract for the poster presentation (same rules as oral presentations). Poster sizes can be a maximum of 4 feet x 3 feet. Poster dimensions will be strictly enforced. Presenters may set up their posters on Friday before 5:00pm. Authors must attend their posters during the Friday evening poster session from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Posters may be taken down Friday evening after the poster session.
Poster presentations will be held at the KDC Mingling Area and in SUDS on Friday February 19th, 2010.
Sessions will be posted once registration has closed.
