Coffee and Doughnuts will be provided throughout the oral presentations.

Lunch

The campus tavern (SUDS) will be open on Saturday February 20th, 2010.

Banquet

The banquet will be held on Saturday, February 20th, 2010 at the West End Community Centre (MAP). This year´s Harold E. Welch plenary lecturer will be Dr. Jim Hare of the University of Manitoba (LINK TO SPEAKER PAGE). Tickets for the banquet are $35.00CDN/person and can be paid with your registration fees.

Dress code is business casual.

This will be a buffet-style banquet which Our Caterer (Shirley Shwaluk) has provided the following Menu*

• Roast Beef or Turkey
• Side Dish
• Rolls/Buns
• Desserts
